Look forward to a diverse selection of fresh and regional products that leave nothing to be desired – ideal for starting a day full of hiking, skiing or excursions in the Stubai mountains.
Breakfast can be conveniently booked on-site and offers you even more comfort during your stay in our guesthouse.

The most important information at a glance
Cleaning & Towel Service
Final cleaning of the apartments will be charged separately: €60 to €100.
We do not offer daily cleaning of the apartments. However, we are happy to provide fresh towels or trash bags whenever you need them—simply place the used towels or full bags outside your apartment door. For stays of five days or more, we will automatically leave a fresh set of towels outside your door on the fourth day.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is €4.80 per person per day for guests aged over 15 and is charged separately.
Discounts
Children aged 0 to 3 years stay free of charge.
Children aged 4 to 15 years receive a 10% discount per 2 full-paying adults.
Cancellations
A booking is only valid once we have confirmed it. The following apply: österreichischen Hotelbedingungen.
Cancellation conditions and cancellation fees:
*Up to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total price
*Up to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total price
*In the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the total price
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from 2 p.m.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9.30 a.m.
