As the fourth generation to run the house, we – Sandra and Stefan together with Madlen and Adrian – run the traditional guesthouse ‘Zum Zegger’ with a lot of heart and personal commitment. Our house combines family hospitality with modern comfort and is the ideal starting point for your holiday in the Stubai mountains.
Following a complete renovation in 2010, we now offer our guests nine spacious and modern apartments. The comfortable holiday flats offer plenty of space and are perfect for families, groups and individual travellers looking for relaxed and flexible accommodation in the Stubai Valley.
After an active day in the impressive mountain scenery of the Stubai Valley, you can recharge your batteries in our wellness oasis. Look forward to various saunas, a Kneipp basin and a cosy relaxation room – ideal for relaxing your body and mind and ending your day pleasantly.
Zeggerstüberl – A Place to Gather
Stefan’s cosy ‘Zeggerstüberl’ is located on the ground floor of our house. Here you can enjoy coffee, drinks and a small selection of savoury dishes in a relaxed atmosphere.
The focus is on coffee specialities and refreshing drinks, complemented by a few hot dishes, such as chicken sticks or soups. Prefer to dine in the privacy of your own apartment? No problem – you can easily take your order to go and enjoy it upstairs.
A particular highlight for many guests is Stefan’s Wiener schnitzel, which is extremely popular.

Our house is ideally located in the quiet district of Neder and is the perfect starting point for an active holiday in the Stubai Valley. The bus stop is right outside the front door, where the ski bus to the Stubai Glacier also stops. This means you can reach the popular ski area easily and without a car.
The location is also ideal for hikers and nature lovers: walking and hiking trails start right outside the house and lead through the impressive landscape of the Stubai mountains.
The popular Lake Kampl is just a short stroll away. Around the lake you will find a large playground, a restaurant, a football pitch and a beach volleyball court – perfect for families, sports enthusiasts and anyone who wants to enjoy an active holiday.
