The most important information at a glance
Final cleaning / Cleaning
Final cleaning of the apartments will be charged separately: €60 to €100.
We do not offer daily cleaning of the apartments. If you need fresh towels or trash bags, please place the towels or full trash bags outside your apartment door. For times of 5 days or more, we will automatically leave fresh towels outside your apartment door on the fourth day.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is €4.80 per person per day for guests aged over 15 and is charged separately.
Discounts
Children aged 0 to 3 years stay free of charge.
Children aged 4 to 15 years receive a 10% discount per 2 full-paying adults.
Cancellations
A booking is only valid once we have confirmed it.
The following apply: österreichischen Hotelbedingungen.
Cancellation conditions and cancellation fees:
*Up to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total package price
*Up to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total package price
*In the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the total package price
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from 2 p.m.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9.30 a.m.

Our wellness oasis is available to you free of charge (please reserve the day before).
