From September to Easter, we offer our guests an extensive breakfast buffet, providing the perfect start to an eventful day of holiday fun in the Stubai Valley.
Look forward to a diverse selection of fresh and regional products that leave nothing to be desired – ideal for starting a day full of hiking, skiing or excursions in the Stubai mountains.
Breakfast can be conveniently booked on site and offers you even more comfort during your stay in our apartment house.
FAQS
The most important information at a glance
Final cleaning / Cleaning
Final cleaning of the apartments will be charged separately: €60 to €100.
We do not offer daily cleaning of the apartments. If you need fresh towels or trash bags, please place the towels or full trash bags outside your apartment door. For times of 5 days or more, we will automatically leave fresh towels outside your apartment door on the fourth day.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is €4.80 per person per day for guests aged over 15 and is charged separately.
Discounts
Children aged 0 to 3 years stay free of charge.
Children aged 4 to 15 years receive a 10% discount per 2 full-paying adults.
Cancellations
A booking is only valid once we have confirmed it.
The following apply: österreichischen Hotelbedingungen.
Cancellation conditions and cancellation fees:
*Up to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total package price
*Up to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total package price
*In the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the total package price
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from 2 p.m.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9.30 a.m.
