Now in its fourth generation, we – Sandra and Stefan together with Madlen and Adrian – run the traditional apartment house ‘Zum Zegger’ with a lot of heart and personal commitment. Our house combines family hospitality with modern comfort and is the ideal starting point for your holiday in the Stubai mountains.
Following a complete renovation in 2010, we now offer our guests 9 spacious and modern apartments. The comfortable holiday flats offer plenty of space and are perfect for families, groups and individual travellers looking for relaxed and flexible accommodation in the Stubai Valley.

After an active day in the impressive mountain world of the Stubai Valley, you can recharge your batteries in our wellness oasis. Look forward to various saunas, a Kneipp basin and a cosy relaxation room – ideal for relaxing your body and mind and ending your day pleasantly.

Zeggerstüberl in the house – coffee, drinks and savoury snacks

Stefan’s cosy ‘Zeggerstüberl’ is located on the ground floor of our house. Here you can enjoy coffee, drinks and a small selection of savoury dishes in a relaxed atmosphere.
The focus is on coffee specialities and refreshing drinks, complemented by a few hot meat dishes and soups, such as chicken sticks or hearty soups. You are also welcome to take your order back to your apartment and enjoy it there at your leisure.

A particular highlight for many guests is Stefan’s Wiener schnitzel, which is extremely popular.

From September to Easter, we offer our guests an extensive breakfast buffet, providing the perfect start to an eventful day of holiday fun in the Stubai Valley.
Look forward to a diverse selection of fresh and regional products that leave nothing to be desired – ideal for starting a day full of hiking, skiing or excursions in the Stubai mountains.

Breakfast can be conveniently booked on site and offers you even more comfort during your stay in our apartment house.

Comfortable apartments for 2–5 people in the Stubai Valley

Our house offers 9 cosy and comfortably furnished apartments for 2 to 5 people – ideal for families, couples or small groups who want to enjoy a flexible and relaxing holiday in the Stubai Valley.
All apartments are modern and fully equipped, including a dishwasher, electric stove with oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. Flat-screen TV, bed linen, towels and fast WiFi provide additional comfort so that you can feel completely at home during your stay.

Perfect location in Neder – ski bus, football pitch and Kampl landscape lake in the immediate vicinity

Our house is ideally located in the quiet district of Neder and is the perfect starting point for an active holiday in the Stubai Valley. The bus stop is right outside the front door, where the ski bus to the Stubai Glacier also stops. This means you can reach the popular ski area easily and without a car.
The location is also ideal for walkers and nature lovers: walking and hiking trails start right outside the house and lead through the impressive landscape of the Stubai mountains.

The popular Kampl landscape lake is only a few minutes’ walk away. Around the lake you will find a large playground, a restaurant, a football pitch and a beach volleyball court – perfect for families, sports enthusiasts and anyone who wants to enjoy an active holiday.
