STUBAI GLACIER (20 minutes by car)

At an altitude of over 3,000 metres, you can expect pleasant temperatures, breathtaking mountain views and a true paradise for via ferrata and hiking enthusiasts. A perfect destination for a summer excursion!

The Elferbahnen cable cars make a summer’s day in the mountains a real highlight. Hikers can enjoy the breathtaking panorama of the Stubai Alps from the flowering alpine meadows. Numerous hiking trails and rustic alpine huts await you.

Climbers will find several via ferrata routes and climbing routes, which are easily accessible. Paragliders appreciate the good thermals and take off directly from the gondola lift’s mountain station, landing right next to the valley station. For bikers, the 4 km long EinsEinser & ZweiZweier trails offer natural and flowing downhill routes, and of course there is also a bike wash area at the valley station.

Schlick 2000 (10 minutes by car)

Baumhausweg: On an easy-to-walk route that is suitable for pushchairs, little ones can practise climbing and crawling on rope slides, suspension bridges and net tube tunnels.
Rutschenweg: Nestled in the impressive mountain scenery of the Stubai Valley, the slides invite you to enjoy rapid descents and make the journey the destination.
Scheibenweg: Equipped with a wooden disc, hikers can race each other. The wooden disc rolls along the channels at the edge of the path and must be used by visitors at cleverly designed stations.

Serlesbahnen Mieders (15 minutes by car)

Sommerrodelbahn: A ride on the steepest Alpine roller coaster, the Miederer summer toboggan run, is a thrilling experience during your holiday in the stubai valley.
Serlespark: This is where water fun meets adventure: children can play and splash around in the whitewater course and the log flume. Colourful wooden balls are also waiting to roll down through the water in the ball machine.
